‘More Than Friends’ Releases New Stills Of Ong Seong Wu And Shin Ye Eun In Jeju Island
The new stills of Ong Seong Wu and Shin Ye Eun of JTBC's new drama "More Than Friends," released ahead of the upcoming second episode.
"More Than Friends" is a television series from JTBC that tells about the story of the two close friends who fall in love with each other for over ten years. But due to misunderstandings, they remained friends. Starring Shin Ye Eun, who will play as Kyung Woo Yeon, a calligrapher who decided to give up her one-sided love for her guy friend whom she loved since 18 years old and after a decade of pinning. On the other hand, Ong Seong Wu stars as Lee Soo, Kyung Woo Yeon's long time object of affection, suddenly starts seeing her in a new light.
The first episode captivated viewers' hearts with the story of Kyung Woo Yeon's one-sided love from their time in high school together. As the two became close friends, Kyung Woo Yeon got the courage to confess her feelings towards Lee Soo. But he refused to accept and wanted to be friends. He left to study abroad and years later, suddenly appeared like a dream in front of her.
In the next episode stills, Kyung Woo Yeon and Lee Soo reunited in Jeju Island. As the two sneak glances at each other, it is undeniable that their relationship went through a shift from carefree high school days. Even though Lee Soo turned down Kyung Woo Yeon's confession before, he looks at her with an ambiguous expression in his eyes. On the other hand, Kyung Woo Yeon held her hand out for a proper handshake while controlling her feelings.
The production staff commented that Kyun Woo Yeon and Lee will undergo change after passing their awkward and heart-pounding high school days and now reunited as adults. A decisive incident is coming their way that might change the flow of their relationship.
